Desert Rose launched their live performance career after their album, The Prayer, became the most played album on local VOC Radio in Cape Town in 2008. Their have performed at major events all over South Africa and recently toured the UK and Malaysia in Jun/July 2012. Their crossover Sufi Arabic and Indigenous African Music has earned critical acclaim and standing ovations in London and South Africa.
